Food delivery in the JaldiGO app
Order from restaurants near you, follow your order on your phone, and pay cash when it reaches your door or when you collect it.
How it works

Open the Food tab
Choose Delivery or Pickup, set your address, then search for a dish or a restaurant.

Build your order
Pick a size, add drinks or extras, and check the bill. Every charge is listed before you place the order.

Follow it live
You see when the restaurant accepts, when it is being prepared, and when it is on the way.

Pay in cash
Pay the rider at your door, or pay at the counter when you collect. Then tell us if it arrived and rate it.
Who delivers your food
The restaurant does, with its own delivery rider, or you collect it yourself. JaldiGO connects you with the restaurant and shows you every step, but never collects food money.
What you pay
The bill shows the dishes, any discount, the restaurant’s delivery charge, and a small JaldiGO platform fee. The total you see before you order is the total you pay, in cash.
Your details stay private
The restaurant sees your name, phone number and address only once it accepts your order, so it can deliver it. When the order ends, the restaurant’s copy of your phone number is removed.
Order for later, or order again
Schedule an order for later today or tomorrow, and repeat a past order in two taps from the Food tab or the Home screen.
Questions about food
- How do I pay for food?
- In cash, to the restaurant: to its rider when the food arrives, or at the counter if you chose Pickup. There is no card or online payment.
- Can the price change after I order?
- No. The total on the checkout screen is what you pay. The app never asks you to accept a new price.
- Can I cancel?
- Yes, free of charge, until the restaurant accepts your order. After that, contact the restaurant from the order screen.
- What if my order does not arrive?
- When the restaurant marks it delivered, the app asks whether you got it. Tap No and a person at JaldiGO contacts you and the restaurant.
- Where can I order from?
- From the restaurants listed in the app that deliver to your address, or that you can collect from. We are adding restaurants, starting in Kharian.
