Cash stays with you
The customer pays you directly. JaldiGO never collects your food money.
What it costs
There is no joining fee and no monthly fee. JaldiGO takes service charges only on orders you accept. Orders you decline or miss cost nothing.
Service charges come out of a prepaid restaurant wallet when you accept an order. You top it up in cash with JaldiGO or your local JaldiGO partner, and every top-up and every charge is listed in the app, order by order. The rate is agreed when you join.
New restaurants get welcome credit in the wallet to start with. It pays service charges only and is never paid out as cash.
How to join
- 1Install JaldiGO from Google Play and sign in.
- 2Open Account and tap Register your restaurant.
- 3Add your restaurant’s name, address and map pin, phone, logo and opening hours, and accept the restaurant agreement.
- 4JaldiGO checks your details and approves you. Add your menu, go Online, and the orders start.

The restaurant agreement
These are the terms a restaurant accepts when it registers in the app, word for word.
- Your restaurant is responsible for its food, hygiene, prices and its own PFA licence.
- You deliver with your own riders and collect the cash from the customer. JaldiGO never handles food money.
- JaldiGO takes service charges on each order you accept, from your restaurant wallet, when you accept it. The rate is agreed with JaldiGO or your JaldiGO partner when you join, and JaldiGO tells you before it changes. Orders you decline or do not answer cost nothing.
- If an accepted order is later cancelled or the customer says it never arrived, JaldiGO calls you and the customer and then decides whether the service charges are returned.
- Any welcome credit JaldiGO adds to your wallet pays service charges only. It is never paid out as cash.
- If you are registered with the Punjab Revenue Authority, you charge, collect and pay your own sales tax.
- You see the customer's name, phone and address once you accept their order, only to complete it, and may not use them for anything else.
- JaldiGO can take a restaurant offline or suspend it for fake orders, repeated complaints or missed orders.
