JaldiGO arranges door-to-door motorcycle rides between a pickup and a destination in Kharian and the surrounding area. We connect you with a rider. The ride itself is carried out by that rider.

Fares are calculated from the distance between your pickup and your destination and rounded to the nearest ten rupees. The fare is shown to you and to your rider before the ride is confirmed, and it does not change during the ride. There is no bidding, no surge pricing and no negotiation.

Payment is cash, handed directly to your rider at the end of the ride. JaldiGO never handles your fare. We take a commission from the rider separately; it is not added to what you pay.

You can cancel at no charge at any point before your rider reaches you. Repeatedly cancelling after a rider has set out may mean we stop accepting requests from your number.

Riders are independent: they own their motorcycles and choose their own hours. Before a rider can accept a first ride, we verify their CNIC, driving licence and motorcycle registration by hand. We do not currently provide rider or passenger insurance, and we say so plainly rather than leaving you to assume cover that does not exist.

Please do not use the service to carry anything illegal, and please wear the helmet your rider provides. A rider may decline or end a ride if they believe it is unsafe to continue.

We keep your phone number and the areas you travel between so we can run the service and contact you about a ride. What we collect and why is set out on the privacy page. Ask us and we will delete your details.

These terms may change as the service grows; the current version is always the one on this page. They are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and JaldiGO operates as a licensed ride-hailing service in Gujrat district.
