Privacy

This website has two forms and nothing else that collects anything. There is no login, no account, and no advertising cookie or third-party tracker anywhere on it.

If you join the launch list, we store your phone number and the area you gave us. We use them for one thing: to send you a single message on the day JaldiGO starts running in Kharian. We do not sell them and we do not pass them to anyone else.

If you apply to be a rider, we store your name, phone number, CNIC number, bike registration number and area, along with the photographs you upload of yourself and your documents, so that a person here can check them and call you. Applications are reviewed by hand, and the photographs are kept in private storage that only a JaldiGO reviewer can open.

If you message us on WhatsApp instead, that conversation is covered by WhatsApp's own privacy terms, and by ours: we use your number to reply to you and to tell you when JaldiGO launches. Nothing else.

Want your details removed? Message us on the same WhatsApp number and we will delete them.

When the JaldiGO app itself is released, it will carry its own privacy policy covering location, ride history and account details. That policy will be published here before the app is available.
