Most restaurants in smaller towns take orders on the phone, write them on paper and lose some along the way. JaldiGO gives your restaurant a menu customers can order from in the app, and a phone screen that rings for every new order. Here is how it works and what it costs.

How orders reach you

A new order rings loudly on your phone and pops up over whatever is open, even when the JaldiGO app is closed, and it keeps ringing until someone answers. You see the dishes, the bill and how far away the customer is, then accept with the time it will take, or decline. The customer's name, phone number and address appear once you accept.

You deliver, or the customer collects

You deliver with your own rider, and the app sends the address, the dishes and the cash to collect to your rider on WhatsApp in one tap. Or the customer chooses Pickup and pays at your counter. Either way the cash comes straight to you; JaldiGO never collects your food money.

What it costs

There is no joining fee and no monthly fee. JaldiGO takes service charges only on the orders you accept, from a prepaid restaurant wallet that you top up in cash. Orders you decline or miss cost nothing, and every charge is listed in the app, order by order. New restaurants start with welcome credit in the wallet.

How to join

Install JaldiGO from Google Play, open Account and tap Register your restaurant. Add your details and accept the restaurant agreement, which is published in full on our page for restaurants. JaldiGO checks your details, then you add your menu and go Online.
