How to order food online in Kharian and pay cash on delivery

Khana mangwana ab app se: the JaldiGO app you book rides with now has a Food tab. You pick a restaurant near you, see the full bill before you order, and pay in cash when the food reaches your door or when you collect it. Here is how it works, step by step.

Step by step

Open the Food tab in the JaldiGO app and choose Delivery or Pickup.
Set your address with a pin on the map and a landmark, so the rider finds your gate.
Search for a dish (pizza, zinger, biryani, karahi) or for a restaurant, and open its menu.
Choose a size and extras, add a drink, and check the bill: every charge is on screen before you place the order.
Follow the order: you see when the restaurant accepts it, when it is being prepared and when it is on the way.
Pay in cash to the restaurant's rider at your door, or at the counter if you chose Pickup.

Who brings the food

The restaurant does, with its own delivery rider, or you collect it yourself. JaldiGO connects you with the restaurant and shows you every step of the order, but it never collects food money: you pay the restaurant directly, the same way you pay a JaldiGO driver for a ride (paying cash in a ride app).

The price you see is the price you pay

The bill lists the dishes, any discount, the restaurant's delivery charge and a small JaldiGO platform fee. The total you see when you place the order is the total you pay. Nobody asks you for more at the door, and the app never asks you to accept a new price, just like JaldiGO's fixed ride fares.

Your phone number stays private

A restaurant sees your name, phone number and exact address only after it accepts your order, so it can deliver. When the order ends, the restaurant's copy of your phone number is removed. Details are in our privacy policy.

Where it works

Food works wherever restaurants on JaldiGO deliver, or wherever you can collect from them. We are adding restaurants starting in Kharian. If your favourite restaurant is not on JaldiGO yet, tell them about our page for restaurants.
